Hello, my name is Spencer Baker and I am the pastor of the Open Door Baptist Church. My family and I have been here since 2001 and feel privileged to serve our Lord in Bismarck.

I was trained and sent out of Treasure Valley Baptist Church in Meridian, Idaho, under Pastor Rick DeMichele. After graduating from Bible School, I met my wife and we served in our church, running the bus ministry. We have now been maried since 1998 and have four wonderful kids named Ellen, Gideon, Corinne, and Samson.

As the Pastor of Open Door, it is my desire to see people get saved and grounded in the Word of God. At our church you will find a emphasis on verse by verse study in the Bible. With solid Bible preaching and teaching, you will find solid individuals and families. The results are a people that have a confidence in the Bible and know why they believe what they believe.

I praise God for what He has done at Open Door Baptist Church and am looking forward to seeing what He will do next.
